Customer Call Action
Can anyone tell me on the process of completing a customer call.
According to the user guide, i can query the call using the collections ---> Scheduler ---> enter the criteria---> click on follow-up complete check box.
and there is one another solution (which iam able to perform). But, i need to know how do i do it using the 1st process.
Any help is appreciated ASAP.
