On April 14th, one of the comments in response to Chris Warticki's Blog, Support Insanity mentioned that usage of My Oracle
Support Configuration Management was rejected due to company Security concerns. Clearly, data privacy and data exchange security are
of the highest importance to Oracle and to long-term customer success with My Oracle Support.

If you are preparing a proposal to start using My Oracle Support configuration management, plan on including Security due diligence as a
necessary and important step early in the deployment process. The documents that will help you prepare are:
