E-Business Secuirty Diagnostic Tests

 I generated the E-Business Security Diagnostic Tests on our Oracle Vision Instance for Release 12.0.4.  Initially, I thought that I could use these tests as a platform to develop Audit Programs as part of Risk Assessment.  I'm concerned that one or more of these tests are no longer valid.  For example, I generated Verification of Security Alert Patches Report.  It failed because critical security patches released in Jan-05 were not applied.

This can't be correct and if it isn't, how many of the other diagnostic tests are not longer valid?  I'm concerned that the Guardian signatures are also obsolete.
