Cost Management - Roll Pending, Frozen and Cross Org

 Is there a way when having several new, non sequencial, Item Numbers that will allow you to do the following once for the entire group of new Item Numbers:

Launch Cost Rollup (Pending)

Launch Cost Update (Freeze)

Copy Cost Information (Accross several Organizations)

Presently I have to do each new Item seperately and that is leading to numerous transactions.
