EM Alert Memory Utilization is too high on hpux 11iv3

 Hi,
We installed recently new itanium servers with hpux 11iv3 (11.31) and on top of them installed oracle 10.2.0.4 with local EM management.
EM send us some times a day error messages regarding the host memory utilization which would be too high (>95%).
There is actually no production on the servers and they don't appears as too heavily loaded.

I'm wondering if the problem is not the way that EM measures that utilization, a little bit as on linux kernel 2.6.

Have anybody some experience here ?
