AME for Purchase Requisitions

Hi
I am trying to setup AME for Purchase Requisitions approval. The documents on Metalink are confusing and complicated.
I selected Action Type for Purchase Requisition Approval. There are no action types defined.
The existing action types are displayed with the option "View Actions" enabled.

When I click on view actions no data is displayed.

Is this the seeded functionality?
