Warrenty Option Class

My company uses the configurator during sales order creation. We create unique ATO items for every sales order. We have 1 warranty item on the ATO Model that generates a warranty automatically when we ship the ATO item. My problem is that we have different warranties for domestic and international shipments. Is there a way to select a warranty during sales order creation? Could I create a Warranty option class?
