Oracle RDBMS 10.2.0.2 on top of ASM 10.2.0.4 and 11.1.0.7

 Hi all,

I'm looking for references for environments using RDBMS 10.2.0.2 on top of Automatic Storage Manager 10.2.0.4 or ASM 11.1.0.7.

The background is that we're moving to a different storage a database which is 10.2.0.2 and uses ASM 10.2.0.2. And the question is shall we upgrade ASM to 10.2.0.4, 11.1.0.7 or we should stay on 10.2.0.2. (Database will stay 10.2.0.2 for now).

I know these combinations are theoretically valid but we're looking for some real-life experiences. So I'd be glad if anyone shares his experience (good or bady) with such combinations of RDBMS and ASM versions.

Platform is AIX 5.3 TL9 SP2.
