Should the MGW be configured in the application database, or in the seperated database?

Hello,

  

 We need to configure Messaging Gateway and AQ so our Oracle Financial database can be integrated for information
sharing.
  
Should the MGW be configured in the OFIN database, or in the seperated (MGW dedicated) database?
