Asset categories for CIP assets

Hi,

guys i have some confusion over here while defining the asset categories for CIP assets should i give it capitalize checkbox and then remove the depreciate check box in the default rules??

or should i uncheck capitalizae from the begining??and how the application will behave in both cases??
