Tax Rule on Account

 Hi Can you tell me in which applications (PO / AP / AR) can tax rules be written on account?  Also which account is used in these applications ie is it the PO Line Distributions account or AP Invoice Line Account or AP Invoice lines Distribution Account? ie where does the tax rule on account view the account?
