Windows Server 2008 x64 Oracle Data Access Component

Hello,
I tried to install ODAC10203x64.zip into Windows Server 2008 x64, but I've got the error at the beginning of the install :
Java(TM) 2 Platform Standard Edition binary has stopped working. So the installation doesn't start.

Does anyone have a solution to solve this problem ?
