Urgent Update for Oracle Mexico Payroll Customers - ISR Subsidy for Employment Script for Weekly Pay
Dear Oracle Mexico Payroll Customer,
After the application of the Year End 2008 Phase 2 patch, there were some issues with the calculation of the ISR Subsidy for Employment for weekly payrolls. This issue was fixed in the Year End Phase 3 patch; however weekly payrolls processed between the phase 2 and phase 3 patches may have incorrect ISR withheld calculations. Payrolls with a frequency other than weekly are not affected.
The following controlled release patches provide a script which will compute the adjustable value for the incorrectly computed balances:
- 11i: 8341826
- R12: 8470068:R12.PAY.A (still undergoing QA - will be available soon)
Please note that Year End 2008 Phase 4 is a prerequisite to apply this patch. Please be sure to carefully read the entire patch readme for a complete understanding of the steps to be done to resolve this issue and before beginning to install these patches to ensure successful processing!
