Restriction on Vacancy Creation based on Head count Budget.

 Hi,

Is there any way that we restrict either the Number of openings or the value given in the Budget tab of the Requisition and Vacancy form in Core HR based on Position budget ( Measurment unit is only Headcount )?

For a Position 'X', if the head count is given as 5 for a period of jan09 to Dec 09, -  based on this, is there any way to restrict the Vacanacy created for this postion 'x' for more than 5, in requisition and Vacacny screen itself during the period jan09 to Dec 09?

If not in Core HR, is there any possibility avaiable with iRecruitment module ?
