Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Question about backup a RAC cluster

Hi,

We have a RAC cluster with 2 nodes.

The oracle version is : clusterware and database in 10.2.0.4. And we use OCFS2 1.4.

We 'd like to know if we had to backup the 2 nodes.

If the node A crash, is it possible to restore the node B on it and just modify hostname and network parameters ?
