Upgrade from 11.5.9 to 11.5.10 affect on CPUusage

 We are looking to upgrade from 11.5.9/9.2.0.8 to 11.5.10/10g for a client who is currently maxed out on CPU usage.  Are there any metrics to show whether or not CPU usage will increase after the upgrade? CPU usage is high due to the number of concurrent managers.  We are on HP PA-Risc UNIX.
