 I am facing some issues with OSP entitlements for Overlap rules of ‘ Split ’

 

1. We are implementing OSP Absence Scheme

2. Created an Absence Scheme using Element Template
Year Type : Fixed Year - Defined Start Date
Dates: 01-Apr to 31-March
Overlap Rule: Split

3. Created an Employee with Start Date as 01-Apr-1987.

4. Created an Absence from 11-Sep-2007 to 12-Aug-2008. Enrolled in OSP Scheme. Ran a quick pay for August 2008
Length of Service: 245
Full Pay(Band1 Entitlement = 183), Half Pay(Band2 Entitlement: 183)
Total Absence YTD (336, Result: OK)
Has exhausted full pay entitlement of 183 and in August 2008 will be on half Pay
Band 2 Entitled Days=12 (Result: OK)
