how do I get from version 10.2.0.3 to 10.2.0.4

I'm on 10.2.0.3 and want to do the latest patch but rather do it for 10.2.0.4 but how do I get to 10.2.0.4? I can't find any documentation. I'm sure through my own ignorance but nevertheless noone else has been able to answer me so far...Can you tell me is there a certain patch or tool to move up versions? Thanks!
