Entering ship to organization and ship to location when initiating shipping from project deliverable

 Hi

When i create a shipping deliverable, when entering the ship to organization and ship to location I am able to enter any customer I want, the list is not restricted to the customer attached at the project level nor is their any validation between the ship to organization and ship to location.

The documentation on this is not clear as to whether this is the intended functionality. It would be great if you can share any information you have regarding this.
