Do Not Default Position work structure based on Job work structure in SSHR

In an effort to make our SSHR system more automat ed we are looking into setting the profile option “HR: Position Default Option for SSHR” so that once a position work structure is select ed information such as payroll name, salary basis, etc. automatically populate.  Currently on our Assignment information page Job is the first item to be fill ed in and Position is the second.  We have a 1 to 1 relationship between job and position, so when a user selects a Job the Position is automatically populat ed .  We run into an issue because when the position automatically populates in this manner
