This community is primarily intended for discussing issues or questions with Mobile Field Service. That implies subjects may touch on Oracle Lite, which is a technology component only used by Mobile Field Service in the E-Business Suite. Where possible those issues can be discussed, but ultimately may refer to the Oracle Lite support team for further assistance.
Formally, Oracle Field Service / Wireless is not part of the Mobile Field Service (Store and Forward) modules. Wireless is a part of the standard Field Service module, which happens to be used as a mobile solution. The big difference is that the Wireless application requires network access to be able to work, while the store and forward solutions can be used in a disconnected surrounding. Often questions arise about comparisons between these applications, so feel free to post those here as well.
