Is there a standard way of reporting if a person has worked above the EU working hours directive.

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question
We have a requirement to report whenever a person has worked against the EU working hours directive rules. E.g. Over 72 hours in any 3 continuous weeks. etc.
Is there a standard report that provides this information, or has anyone heard of the likelihood of any such coming out soon from Oracle?
