cant view all tests related to inventory

 Hi ,
I can not view all tests related to inventory
when i go to advanced--> inventory
i dont see "Receiving Data Collection" test
I have valid inventory responsibility and also ORacle Diagnostic resp. attached to my user.

Any hints appreciated ..
