Status of Order line is Line Status is "Shipped" Next Step is "Run Interfaces

 Dear Friends      After getting delivery Id during Ship confirm the sales order line ststus becomes Line Status is "Shipped" Next Step is "Run Interfaces. I am unable to generate the Excise Invoice and the items are shown in Staging Sub inventory.  How do i do run interface as shown in the line status?
