Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. restore or import from live production to test 10g database

Dear all

I have a classical questions, I have a Live and production database, and what is best way to replicate live 10g database to the test database.

Is backup and restore a better option than Import and Export?
