URGENT!!!! Custom PO Approval List

Hi,

I would like to generate a custom approval list from a custom form as soon as i submit the requisition using iProcurement screen. We are using AME but if this solution needs to bypass AME,we are ready to exclude AME process. I am looking for a solution in passing the Custom Generated Approval List after i click the 'Next' button in the iProcurement screen.

Can someone throw some thoughts on this? Thans in Advance.
