launching EBS on a windows XP workstation with no admin privs

 We are rolling out a new installation of EBS.  Our Database and application is hosted on a Linux box and our client workstations are Windows XP pro.

Microsofts recommendation is to not give users local admin privs, but we are running into issues launching the EBS client with out them.

Does anyone know a work around to get the the client installed with out having to temporarliyt grant elevated privs to the end user?  It becomes an issue for users who move from system to system, as the installation is based on user profile, so we can't push the necessary information some other way.
