Release 12 - Reporting Level and Context

 Various AR report requests are now requiring a Report Level and Report Context.  We have 2 ledgers, but selecting a Reporting Level of Ledger does not give us a LOV in the Reporting Context field.  In fact, even selecting Operating System for the Reporting Level does not create an LOV in the Reporting Context field.  Should it automatically pick up our 2 ledgers?  Do we have to manually set this up?  Any help would be appreciated.
