Uprade to 11.5.10 or 12.0.6

In the next few  months, we will upgrade our Oracle financial application release 11.0.3,  but I want to know if it's a good idea to upgrade to release 12.0.6 or just upgrade to release 11.5.10.  Our modules are AP, GL and FA and the installation is done in French.
