Hi,

I want to move an Oracle 8.1.6.0.0 database on linux to 10.2.0.3.0 database with a windows 2003 server r2. I want to do with exp and imp in a destination. Nls_characterset in the parameter 8 is WE8ISO8859P1 at 10 I WE8MSWIN1252. Can I have problems?. What steps should I follow?
