Error while updating CS_ServiceRequest_PUB.Update_ServiceRequest says p_owner_id cannot be null

 I am updating an Service Request in Oracle Service Module using API CS_ServiceRequest_PUB.Update_ServiceRequest. I am not able to update SR as it is saying P_owner_id cannot be null. But through the oracle service module, i am able to update it
