Service Contracts Creation from OM
My customer NICE System Ltd. (global hi-tech company) is working with the service suite of Oracle including the service contracts module, Today there are huge customization for the creation of warranty and extended warranty from OM and it's creation on the contracts nodule. NICE decided to reevaluate the usage of Oracle vanilla instead of those customizations
There are few issues that I will appreciate if someone will share his knowledge with me to understand how it can be suitable for NICE processes:
1. NICE is selling only 1 program of warranty but with different durations according a set of rules (region, country, customer division, etc.)
