Upgrade from 11.5.9

Hi,
We are currently on 11.5.9. We are evaluation  options for upgrade to either 11.5.10 or R12. We have  GL, AP, AR, FA, CM and Projects.

Please let us the pros  and cons of either approach. Also are there  any prerequisities for Fusion like moving to 11.5.10.
