Is there a setting that would allow a user to change his password whenever he wants?

Currently using 11.5.10.2.  I know that I can set a user's password to expire after so many days, or after so many attempts, or I, as the system administrator, can expire a users password at any time.  Is there a setting that would allow a user to maybe 'click a button' and change his password at any time?   A profile option maybe?
