CA Bank Validation

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question
Via SSHR, employees can enter their banking details (direct deposit).   For the delivered valueset for Canadian Banking details, there is no validation.  Has anyone modified the CA banking details to include validation at for at either (or both) the Transit Code, and Bank Number? 

If so, how was this accomplished?  Mainly/where, how did you obtain the Bank Numbers/Transit Codes for Canadian banks to include in new Value Sets?
