Uploading Journals using webADI results in error "Connection to the Servier is Unavailable"
We're having a recurring, sporratic problem when using webADI to upload journals in to Oracle General Ledger. We keep getting an error message "Connection to the Server is Unavailable." We've determined that the issue is not the connection, but the MS Excel template getting corrupted. If the user exits Excel, starts it back up and downloads a new template the issue goes away.
This is proving to be a frustraiting work around for the users, as they then need to copy and paste the data from the old, defective spreadsheet to the new spreadsheet.
THe problem occurs for a subset of users, a few more are added with each close cycle.
