Is there a way to automatically load mapping of problem and resolution codes?

 Greetings,

We are implementing 12.0.6 TeleService and are manually mapping over 300 problem and 300 resolution codes at this time.  It is taking an inordinate amount of time to accomplish this task.  Is there an automatic way to load the mappings?  Can you create a sql script to do this?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
