Ristriction of future date entyrt

Hi guys ,

Can we ristrict transactions in payable to enter in future date.

For example , I enter a invoice no # 009 with amount USD : 100 in period of "May-09" at 12-May-09(Future date)  even though system date is today's date (08-May-09).

As desired by our client , I have to restrict entries in future date in payable.
