Error in PO_INTERFACE_ERRORS while performing RTP

 Hi, I am trying to receive internal order shipments using "Receiving Transaction Processor"by populated required details in

RCV_HEADERS_INTERFACE,

RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE,

MTL_SERIAL_NUMBERS_INTERFACE

I executed RTP with corresponding Group_id. But i see the transactions are not processed and Error Message in "PO_INTERFACE_ERRORS" as "Error: Default Operating Unit has not been defined for the Org . (OU=)".

I set the profile options for

MO: Operating Unit

MO: Security Profile

MO: Default Operating Unit and Retested the Issue with old and new internal order shipments. Still the Error appears.

Any suggestions are appreciated
