Budgets in Forms and Self-service

  Is there any relationship between Budget Types in Forms and Financial Plans in self-service?

I understand that Budget Types in Forms are used for Budgetory control.

But if I have Finncial Plan in self-service then still I have to create a separate Budget Type in Forms for Budgetory Control?

How DBI for Projects is using them and which one I should select in DBI setup?
