Project organization to be changed

Hi all,

We need to change the Project/Task  organization as project Org is renamed  But Transactions like expenditures are already entered on the said project and accounting is done. can u pls suggest us the way to change the Project organization and hence the accounting ( for old transactions) .

pls contribute your views ASAP.
