Monitoring last backup time

Hi

We would like to monitor our last backup time from Grid Control (10.2.0.4) for selected database targets, and raise an alert if, for example the last backup was more than 2 days ago. All our backups are by bespoke RMAN scripts on each server (we dont schedule these from OEM), and the information is shown in the database target home page.

I can't however find a way to get OEM to pick up this information.

I'd prefer not to have to write a user defined metric if I don't have to, so do I have any other options?
