Public Sector Receivables

Hello Everyone,
       We have implemented Receivables instead of Public Sector Receivables(and we are not having any problems still) now we would like to switch to Public sector receivables thinking that it will be more flexible for public sector.  Any information and suggestions related to this will be greatly appreciated.
