iSupplier and iRecruitment user association

Hi,
Can a contact use the same email address to be registered as a iSupplier user as well as iRecruitement user? It appears like fnd user association with a person(for iRecruitment responsibilities) and customer(for Sourcing and iSupplier responsibilities) does not work in 11.i.10.2. To access the Sourcing responsibilities, person record on fnd user form has to be disassociated.  Is there a way for a external contact to access both iRecruitment and Sourcing responsibilities with the same login(Email-address)?
