Flexible address Validation

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question
 I have setup flexible address validation for 'Canada'. The problem is validating postal codes. We have Vertex installed for tax rates and locations. It does not give a whole list of postal codes but a range. How do I validate postal codes for Canada?
