Primary Patched - Standby Didn't get Patched yet

Oracle 10.2.0.4 Primary with a physical standby, and the platforms match hardware.

The primary got patched with the CPU, and the standby didn't get patched. It will get patched in about a month. "catbundle.sql" was executed on the primary.

Everything seems to be running fine. What is the exposure until the patch is applied on the standby?

And I know this shouldn't be done this way. Stuff happens.
