Tablespace reorganize in OEM

Oracle RDBMS 10gR2 on Windows 2003 SP2. I'm pretty green at this so please bear with me.

I am starting to look a performance factors on our system and doing some tweeks.  In OEM, admin -> tablespaces, I did a tablespace reorg on 3 tablespaces (one at a time) used by our app.

After the reorg i notcied the following:

 2 of these tablespaces (less then 50MB each)  are now using xxx_reorg0.dbf files. At the OS, the original  xxx.dbf datafiles are still there. Is it safe to delete these files?

Now it gets weird. On last tablespace (
