Delete un used fiscal year

Hello
Can anyone please help me to delete an unused fiscal year, we don´t need.
I am getting this error APP-OFA-48177: Delete this record? (OBJECT=Fiscal Year Name), when I click on OK,  I get ORA-01403:no data found and when I click on details I get FRM-40510: ORACLE error: unable to DELETE record.
Please help.
