iAsset Transfer

Hi all,

I am implementing iAssets, however I am not on the patch level that allow the iAsset manager to do the Final approval after the sending and receiver approver approved the assets. The person that i want to be included in the approval process will not fall in the approval hierarcy of the sender and reciever approver. Does anyone know how to modify the workflow to include a third person to approve the transfer, if that person cannot be included in the approval process, can they be setup to be notified when a transfer is initiated. 

Please assist me in every way possible.
