Large number of Order lines

 Hi

Has anyone dealt with huge number of Order lines. My client ships out about 200 orders a day during peak season and each order could have up to 200 lines. They want to schedule the route(we may go for OTM to schedule the route). But we need to pass the deliveries to OTM and I am wondering if there is a quick way to auto create deliveries for that many orders using the Shipping Transactions Form or any concurrent program which I think is unlikely in Standard OM.
